About
Professional bio
Have been working as a Line Manager for the past 4 years. Currently leading a UK/SE based team leading quality systems and digital initiatives within CMC Development (discovery science through Phase III) at AstraZeneca. My background spans consulting, global line management (SE/US/UK), PMO leadership, software development, and quality management in regulated environments — with a consistent thread of translating between technical, commercial, and regulatory worlds. I studied Management and Economics of Innovation and Mechanical Engineering at Chalmers. More on how I lead in practice is in my reflection on AI adoption and on the Thoughts page.
Personal bio
Outside of work, I balance training, family life with young kids, and career. I live with my wife Hanna and our two daughters Elvina (born 2022) and Malva (born 2026).
I enjoy exercising — mostly running and swimruns. I train to stay healthy, to clear my mind, and to compete and challenge myself. Hanna and I are part of the same track-and-field club Majornas IK, and we prioritise training for both of us despite busy days. We feel better and manage stress and high workload much better as a result of it. Most importantly, exercise and movement should be fun and a natural part of life. Kids will do what you do — not what you say — so we try to lead by example. More on training and family is on the Thoughts page.
